Welcome to your New Home

A welcome letter will be sent to you within 30 day from the start of your tenancy agreement.

The letter will detail:

  • Your deposit protection certificate number
  • Our bank details
  • Unique rent payment reference

Further rent payments should be made to the account detailed in the welcome letter along with your unique payment reference this MUST always be quoted when making payments to ensure rent is correctly allocated to your rental account without unnecessary delays.

Utilities and Council Tax

All utility bills such as: electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence are payable by the tenants. Tenants must inform their respective providers and local council of their moving in date to ensure bills are correctly raised and avoid any late payment charges.

Periodic Inspection

As part of our standard procedures we carry out regular internal inspections of all our rented properties, this is solely to check the condition of the property.  The inspection would take approx. 30 minutes. An appointment will be arranged with you by e-mail/letter giving you a minimum of 1 weeks notice.

Gas Safety Inspection

A Gas Safety Inspection is required by law and has to be carried out annually at all properties with gas appliances. This service will be carried out by one of our certified Gas Safe Engineers.
